High Sierra Animal Rescue — Official Prize Drawing Rules for Pints for Pups

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A DONATION WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR ODDS BEYOND THE NUMBER OF ENTRIES RECEIVED. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

1. Sponsor

High Sierra Animal Rescue (HSAR), Portola, CA.

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of California who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited.

3. Prize Drawing Period

Entries will be accepted beginning September 5, 2026 and close at 7pm on September 12, 2026, the date of the "Pints for Pups" event at The Brewing Lair, Blairsden, CA.

4. How to Enter

A. Donation Entry. Every $2 donated equals one entry, either online at Pints for Pups or in person at the event on September 12, 2026. For example, a $20 donation earns 10 entries and a $100 donation earns 50 entries. Each entry will be recorded on HSAR's official entry tracker and assigned a unique number.

B. Free Entry (No Purchase Necessary). To enter without a donation, submit your name, phone number, and email address on a 3"x5" card either by mail to PO Box 548 Portola, CA 96122 or by dropping it off in person at HSAR, received no later than 9/12/26. Limit one free entry per submission. Free entries are worth one entry, the same as a $2 donation, and are entered into the same drawing pool with equal odds.

5. Winner Selection

After the entry period closes, one (or more, if multiple prizes) winning entry number(s) will be selected using a random number generator drawing from the full range of valid entries. The drawing will take place after the close of entries and will not be conducted live at the event.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of entries received.

6. Winner Notification

Winner(s) will be notified privately by phone or email using the contact information provided at the time of entry, within 3 business days of the drawing. Winner(s) must respond within 3 days of notification to claim their prize, or an alternate winner may be selected. Winners' names will not be publicly announced or posted.

This prize drawing is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws. HSAR reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the drawing if necessary. By entering, participants agree to these official rules.
